Shipping Methods

We offer one shipping option through UPS which ships to United States, it takes between 5-7 days after the product is completed. It is a flat rate of $15.00 and $2.50 per additional product. You will receive a notification once the shipment has been made. If you live outside of the United States and would like to purchase with us, please email communications@creamosfuturos.com for an updated shipping price.

Return Policies

Please send us an email that you would like to return your order for a full refund and for what reason. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we are more than happy to assist you if something isn't quite right!

  • Refunds will be given in the same payment form in which they were received.

  • Undamaged merchandise will be accepted for a full refund within 15 days after the product is received at our U.S. facilities and reviewed for damages. 

  • Promotional, discounted, or sale items will be considered a final sale and nonrefundable.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our U.S. return facilities.
