Our products take up to three weeks to create and ship. If you have any questions or doubts about your purchase please email communications@creamosfuturos.com

Due to the artisan nature of our sewing products created with footloom fabric, slight changes in color and texture may occur.

Shipping Methods

Our flat rate shipping to The States is $10 and increases with each additional product! You will receive a notification once the shipment has been made. If you live outside of the United States and would like to purchase with us, please email communications@creamosfuturos.com for an updated shipping price.

Return Policies

Please send us an email that you would like to return your order for a full refund and for what reason. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we are more than happy to assist you if something isn't quite right!

  • Refunds will be given in the same payment form in which they were received.

  • Undamaged merchandise will be accepted for a full refund within 15 days after the product is received at our U.S. facilities and reviewed for damages. 

  • Promotional, discounted, or sale items will be considered a final sale and nonrefundable.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our U.S. return facilities.
